Branding Stations

$250 / station (machine + artisan) / hour
  • Each station brands approx. 20 items per hour
  • Personalization limited to 3–4 initials per item for guest flow
  • Clean, professional setup built for executive presentation
  • Leather goods & customization priced separately
Example event — 100 guests, 3 hours:
2 stations × $250 × 3 hrs = $1,500 total activation

Additional Pricing

  • Custom logo plate: $150 one-time fee — solid black & white artwork (no grayscale); adds ~1 week production
  • Overhead lighting setup (AZ only): $300
  • Optional add-ons: gift bags, muslin duster bags, gift boxes

Travel & Logistics
  • Within 1 hour of our shop (Phoenix metro): no travel fee
  • Arizona, 1–2 hours out: $300 · 2–3 hours out: $600
  • Las Vegas: $1,000 for a 1–2 artisan crew, $2,000 for 3–4 — client provides hotel, 2 nights
  • Out of state (or AZ beyond 3 hours): $2,000 for 1–2 artisans + $1,000 per additional artisan — client provides hotel, 2 nights (night before + night of event)
  • Shipping, if required, billed after production by weight & packaging
Overage Policy
  • Up to 10% overage available on request
  • Billed after the event, due on receipt
  • Client logos cannot be added to overage items
Operational Requirements
  • Client provides tables + tablecloths, dedicated power at activation tables, adequate lighting or shade
  • Meals provided for on-site staff when hours overlap lunch/dinner service
Production & Payment
  • All event orders require 2–4 weeks production before the event date
  • Payment due in full at booking; non-refundable once confirmed — all sales final
  • Quantity increases accommodated up to one week before the event, rush fees waived based on production availability
